1. Product Authenticity: We guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and sourced from global brands.
2. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, and payment can be made via cash on delivery or prepayment.
3. Delivery:
   • Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 70 BDT
   • Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 120 BDT
4. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after shipment.
5. Return & Refund: Customers must check their products in front of the delivery agent. Once the delivery agent leaves, the order is non-returnable unless proven fake within 7 days.
6. Liability: We are not responsible for any skin reactions or allergies. Please check the product ingredients before purchasing.
